Terms of Service

The use of Umbra Industries' digital studio and our bespoke physical services is governed by the protocols outlined below. By engaging with our studio, you acknowledge a commitment to excellence.

1. Boutique Service Model

Umbra Industries Limited provides highly specialized home automation, security integrations, mountain roofing, and design coordination. Access to our services is by appointment and subsequent invitation. We reserve the right to select projects based on alignment with our studio’s technical standards and seasonal availability.

2. Intellectual Property

The visual identity, proprietary systems, and architectural design methodologies displayed within our digital studio are the property of Umbra Industries Limited. No portion of our "Invisible excellence" framework may be replicated or distributed without express written consent from the Principal.

3. Engagement & Payment

All professional engagements require an initial consultation fee, which is applied toward the project total upon contract execution. Payment for bespoke systems and structural work follows a progress-based schedule, as defined in your private Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we architect for permanence, mountain environments are inherently dynamic. Umbra Industries Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen environmental shifts, third-party software failures, or unauthorized modifications to our established integrations. We maintain comprehensive insurance appropriate for high-value estate work.

5. Governing Law

These protocols and all private engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be settled via private mediation in Pitkin County.

6. Modifications

We refine our protocols periodically to better serve our clientele. Continued use of our digital or physical services constitutes acceptance of the current Revision.
